Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation prior to purchase. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the download date. To file a claim, please email SexSkits to the email address below with the SexSkit name and version number, purchase price, date of transaction, and an explanation of your dissatisfaction with the product. All claims will be reviewed and responded to within 30 business days (Monday - Friday).
